Report Your Annual Progress
Facility Partners are required to report on their progress each year. Completing the Annual Reporting Form helps the FEC measure progress against the FEC national goals and calculate the environmental benefits of electronic stewardship activities. The FY2010 Annual Reporting Form is due January 31, 2011.
New Facility Partners: If you join prior to October 1, 2010, please report your annual progress for fiscal year 2010 by January 31, 2011.
Existing Facility Partners: Please report your annual progress for fiscal year 2010 by January 31, 2011.
The FY2010 Annual Reporting Form is available as Adobe Acrobat (PDF) and Microsoft Word (DOC) files to help you collect the necessary information. Annual Reporting Forms will be accepted via an online application. More information on form submission will be available in late 2010.
